Eight Bengals Earn All-Conference; Rumble first-team and Hill second-team

Six Bengals earned Honorable Mention All-Conference.

POCATELLO, Idaho- The Big Sky Conference released its all-conference team as voted on by the coaches in the conference. The Bengals had eight players represented on the all-conference teams with senior wide receiver Rodrick Rumble earning first-team honors for the second straight year and senior tight end Josh Hill was named to the second team.

Wide Receiver Cameron Richmond, guard Mark Clampitt, quarterback Kevin Yost, line backer Trevor Spence, corner back Donovan Henley and safety Taison Manu earned honorable mention all-conference accolades.

Montana State took home the Offensive and Defensive MVP awards as quarterback DeNarius McGhee was named Offensive MVP and Jody Owens Defensive MVP. Zak Browning of SUU was named Newcomer of the Year and Tim Walsh and Beau Baldwin earned Co-Coach of the Year honors.

Rumble had a record breaking season for the second straight year as he became the Idaho State's all-time leading receiver in receptions and receiving yards. Rumble finished his career with 223 receptions and 2,863 receiving yards. After missing the first two games of the season, Rumble finished the year catching 74 passes for 1,006 yards and six touchdowns. He averaged 111.8 yards a game receiving, which was the second best mark in the conference. In conference games he averaged a league-best 120.9 receiving yards a game and 8.5 receptions a contest. Rumble's 223 career receptions in the fifth most by any active player in the FCS while his receiving yards is sixth most.

Hill caught 70 passes for 630 yards and five touchdowns in his final season as a Bengal.   For his career he finished with 143 receptions and 1,270 yards and nine touchdowns. This year he had a career-high 12 receptions two different times, most recently at Cal Poly and he had a career-high 123 yards receiving vs. Sacramento State.

Richmond caught 67 passes for 739 yards and four touchdowns while Yost finished the season completing a Big Sky record 349 passes on 553 attempts for 3,690 yards and 24 touchdowns. Clampitt started every game for the last two years at right guard and center. He was the lead of the Bengals offensive line. Henley had 59 tackles and three interceptions while Spence led the team defensively in tackles with 90. As a freshman, Manu finished second on the team in tackles with 77.
