Pocatello, ID--Idaho State women's tennis team was defeated by Northern Arizona 7-0 on Friday afternoon at Reed Gym. The Bengals record for the season is 1-13. The win over the Bengals brings NAU's record to 8-8.
The Lumberjacks took all three doubles contests to take the 1-0 lead early in the match. Lauren Pascoe nearly took the match from her opponent Katie Schuss at No. 3 singles but fell in the second set tie-breaker 6-4, 7-6 (7-4).
The Bengals next match will occur on their home courts Saturday April 15 at 1 p.m. against Montana State.
