Bengals Defeated by Eastern Washington

Kennewick, WA--The Idaho State women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to Eastern Washington at the Tri-Cities Court Club in Kennewick on Friday. Lauren Pascoe and Stephanie Roldan, two of ISU's Freshmen, won their singles matches. The Bengals record for the season is 1-10.

The Bengals fought hard in doubles but fell behind 1-0 after losing all three doubles matches. ISU then won two of the six singles matches.

Pascoe defeated Yoshimoto 4-6, 7-6, (10-4) at No. 3 singles. Roldan's first match as a Bengal produced a win against Jolley 6-4, 2-6, (10-8) at No. 6 singles.

ISU's next match will occur Sunday April 9 at the Tri-Cities Court Club against Gonzaga.
