Final Stats

Pocatello, ID --- If sharing is caring, then the Bengals really cared about one another Tuesday night as they dished out 30 assists as a team en route to a 93-62 win over Montana Tech at Reed Gym. Idaho State draws even at 1-1 while Montana Tech falls to 3-5. Idaho State was five assists short of the school record for team assists in a game when the Bengals dished out 35 of them against Northern Arizona on February 15, 1992. Andrea Videbeck was the most giving leading the team with 8 assists.

Natalie Doma had another dominating double-double performance scoring 25 points and grabbing 15 rebounds in just 24 minutes on the floor. She also continued her attack on the Idaho State record books. She passed Charly Bond for 2nd on Idaho State's all-time career rebounds list. She now sits at 828 career boards and now trails only Mandi Carver (1,098) for the school record.

Andrea Lightfoot pitched in 17 points on 6-11 shooting. Bianca Cheever and Kaylynn Fager both came off the bench to add double digit scoring with 14 and 13 points respectively. The Bengal bench outscored the Oredigger bench 42-14.

Montana Tech came out of the gate pretty strong leading Idaho State 12-10 six minutes into the game. Then the Bengals ripped the game open with a 22-2 run in the next seven minutes and Idaho State never looked back. The Orediggers are a team that likes to run, but the Bengals held them to zero fast break points.

Idaho State will now take a Thanksgiving trip to Lubbock, Texas where they will take part in the Traveler's Classic November 22-24. The Bengals will face host Texas Tech on Thanksgiving night at 6:00 pm. They will then take on Alcorn State on Friday and Kennesaw State on Saturday.
