Missoula, MT-- ISU men's tennis was swept by Montana 7-0 Sunday afternoon. ISU's season ends with a 1-17 record and a Big Sky record of 0-7. Montana's season record improves their season record to 11-8 with a Big Sky record of 6-1.
The Bengals lost three of the three doubles contests to put them behind 1-0 early in the match. Idaho State lost six of the six singles matches to take the 7-0 loss. Horovits retired to Stuart Wing after 6-3, 0-2 at the number one singles spot due injury. Masimba Ruwo fought hard against Felipe Raw but was defeated 6-7 (5-7), 6-2, (13-11) at the number two singles spot. David Kutchins played well but was overcome by Alex Weinstein 6-1, 6-4 at the number six singles spot.
