Colorado Springs, CO--The Idaho State women's tennis team was swept 7-0 by Montana in a non-conference match at Air Force in Colorado Springs, Colo. Saturday afternoon. Luckily, the Valentine's Day competition ended in time for ISU to complete all matches as Air Force's facilities sustained a power outage thus canceling dual matches for the remainder of the day.

The men's team who was suppose to play Air Force at noon has been rescheduled to 9 a.m. on Monday, February 16 while the women's match has been moved to Sunday, February 15 at 10 a.m. Air Force is not the only team to be affected as Northern Coloradon's dual matches have been reschedules as well. The men's team will play Northern Colorado on Sunday at 1 p.m. and the women's team will play Northern Colorado on Monday at 9 a.m.

In the contest against Montana ISU played with five athletes due to medical problems with their sixth player. ISU dropped both of its doubles contests with Sophie Dang and Stephanie Roldan teaming up at the number one spot against Liz Walker and Martyna Nowak for an 8-3 finish. Junior Lisel Lewis and freshman Fujiwara paired off to take on the Bran sisters, Amanda and Rebecca, falling 8-2 at the number two spot.

Grizzly Walker defeated Lewis 6-4, 6-2 at the number one spot. Dang took four games from Amanda Bran at the number two spot, while Roldan captured five from Rebecca Bran at the number three spot. Freshman Fujiwara fell 0-0 at the number four spot while senior Ogborn fell 0-1 at the number six spot.
