Colorado Springs, CO--Idaho State women's tennis fell 7-0 to Air Force Sunday afternoon with competitive matches at the number two and three singles spots. Air Force improves to 6-5 for the season while the Bengals fall to 0-4.

The Bengals fell in both doubles contests to begin the match down 0-1, falling 8-2 at the number one doubles and 8-3 at the number two doubles spots. Junior Lisel Lewis led the Bengals at the number one spot fall 6-0, 6-2 to Christen Monreal. Junior Sophie Dang was competitive pushing Falcon Allie Chermel to a 6-3, 6-3 contest but could not overcome at the number two spot.

Senior Stephanie Roldan posted a 6-4, 6-2 defeat to Sarah Cassman. Falcon Shannon Young overcame freshman Risa Fujiwara 1-1 at the number four spot, while Samantha Sarkis defeated senior Kelli Ogborn 0-0 at the number five spot. ISU defaulted the number three doubles and number six singles spots.
