Men's Tennis: Montana State Box Score 
Bozeman, MT-Idaho State men's tennis was swept 7-0 by Montana State on Friday night at the Bobcat-Anderson Tennis Center. Sophomore Alex Buceta and junior Ross DeChant had close singles matches against the Bobcats at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots. Montana State improves to 12-9 for the season and 4-2 in Big Sky play while the Bengals fall to 0-17 for the season and 0-7 in conference.
In doubles, Idaho State fell dropped all three contests to begin the match down 0-1. Javier Royo and DeChant teamed up at the No. 1 spot and fell 8-3 to Jakub Dybala and Pawel Turzanski. Both No. 2 and 3 doubles fell 8-1 to the Bobcats.
Injuries plague the Bengal line-up as sophomore Danel Barrenechea, who usually fills the No. 2 spot in the lineup, is still out of commission after rolling his ankle before the Weber State contest and No. 1 singles player junior Royo retired his match due to injury after a fallen 6-1 set to Corey Smith. Buceta was overcome by Dybala 6-4, 6-3 at the No. 2 spot, while DeChant fell 6-3, 6-4 to Turzanski at the No. 3 spot. Freshman Dan Buckingham was defeated 6-1, 6-1 at the No. 4 spot while Andres Mancero fell 6-0, 6-1 to Alberto Fuentes at the No. 5 spot.
The Bengals will play their final match of the season against Montana at the Bobcat-Anderson Tennis Center in Bozeman on Saturday, April 18 at 9 a.m.
