POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State (5-13, 1-5) hosts Montana State (11-8, 5-2) on Monday, January 24 at 7 p.m. at ICCU Court in Holt Arena. The game can be heard live on 930 KSEI.

The Bengals last win over Montana State in Pocatello was 64-43 on Jan. 17, 2009, a year they swept the series, and ISU defeated Montana State 64-49 on Feb. 21. 2008 in Pocatello.
Montana State is led by the play of Erik Rush and Bobby Howard. Rush leads the team in scoring at 15.6 points overall and 16 points in Big Sky play. Howard is netting 14.8 points and a team-best 7.5 rebounds. In conference play he is averaging 14.1 points and nine rebounds a game. The Bobcats are shooting 42 percent from the field and averaging 70.3 points a game along with 35.4 rebounds.
Big Sky Season Bests
Broderick Gilchrest's 39 points at Colorado remains a season-best out of all Big Sky players. Kevin Winford from Eastern Washington also scored 39 against NH Christian early in the year. David Busma's five blocked shots against Troy ties for the third best single-game mark this season. Busma has the best free throw percentage in the conference at 1.000 (11-for-11) while
Kenny McGowen has the best free throw percentage (.846) out of all Big Sky juniors.
Rebounding Machine
Deividas Busma continues to lead Idaho State in rebounding as he is currently averaging 7.9 a contest. He had three straight games of double-figure rebounds prior to the Northern Arizona game. Against Western Michigan he had a career-best 14 and he followed that with 12 against Sacramento State on Dec. 31 and 11 against Portland State. In Big Sky games Busma is averaging nine boards.
