Game Notes
POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State softball team begins Pacific Coast Softall Conference play this weekend with doubleheader games at Northern Colorado on April 9-10.  Both days begin at 12 p.m. 
Idaho State's only game of the week was an 8-0 loss in five innings at Utah on April 1. The Bengals were unable to get a hit in the loss.  
Northern Colorado leads the overall series 14-7. The two teams played four games in Pocatello last year with the Bears taking three of four from ISU. ISU's only win was a 6-2 victory on April 18. ISU's last win in Greeley was 7-4 on April 3, 2009. 
Northern Colorado is 3-28 and 1-3 at home. Three wins have come against Minnesota, Colorado State and Bethune Cookman. The Bears are led by the play of Kelli Henderson who offensively is batting .344 with three homeruns and 14 RBIs. In the circle she is 3-12 with a 5.46 era, pitching 98.2 innings 
Christina Rayner is 15th in batting average in the Pacific Coast Softball Conference with a .316 batting average. She has the 14th best era at 3.93, No. 10 in slugging percentage at .509 and sixth in RBIs with 17. 
Amanda Fitzsimmons is fourth in doubles with seven and she is fourth in total bases with 37.  
Erin Olander is tied for second in walks with 14 while 
Kandis Clesson is third innings pitched at 86.2 and fifth in strikeouts with 57.
