Box Score GREELEY, Colo. – The Idaho State volleyball team (18-5, 12-2 BSC) defeated Northern Colorado (16-8, 9-5 BSC) 3-0 in Greeley, Colo., Saturday night. The Bengals won in straight sets defeating the Bears 25-23, 25-21, 25-23.

Jaclyn Hone-Hawkins led Idaho State with a double-double coming from a team-high 14 kills and 12 digs. Hone-Hawkins also posted one assist, one service ace and five blocks.
Junior setter Lori Mendenhall also recorded a double-double with 36 assists and 12 digs. Mendenhall also had three kills.
Hone-Hawkins, Mendenhall and redshirt sophomore Kylee Searle each had a team-high 12 digs during the contest.
Sophomore Alydia Fields and Hone-Hawkins led ISU in blocking recording five apiece.
Overall, the Bengals recorded a .325 attack percentage compared to Northern Colorado's .274. The Bengals had five service aces while the Bears had four and ISU out-blocked NC 6.5-4.
Idaho State is now second in the conference as the team preps to host Montana Friday, Nov. 2 and Montana State Saturday, Nov. 3. ISU plays Montana at 7 p.m. in Reed Gym and Montana State at 8 p.m. following the football game against Northern Arizona.
