SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Senior Lori Mendenhall-Lee posted Idaho State volleyball's sole double-double with 37 assists and 11 digs in the Bengals 4-1 win over Sacramento State.

Idaho State won the first set 25-21 before dropping the second 25-22. They easily won the final two sets 25-15 and 25-15. As a team, the Bengals posted a .333 attack percentage compared to the Hornets .176. They out-blocked the Hornets 17-11.

Tressa Lyman, Alydia Fields-Grimm and Marissa Todd all posted double-figure kills with 14, 10 and 11 respectively. Mendenhall-Lee narrowly missed a triple-double with nine kills on 19 attempts with no errors for an attack percentage of .474. Kylee Sessions led in digs with 18 while Hayley Farrer also posted in double-figures with 11.

Last Wednesday against Weber State, the Bengals' win clinched their spot in the Big Sky Tournament on Nov. 29 and 30 hosted by Portland State. With tonight's win, Idaho State moves to 19-10, 13-5 in the conference. They are currently ranked third.

The Bengals play the final week of the regular season at home with Eastern Washington on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. in Reed Gym. On Nov. 23, Idaho State takes on conference leading Portland State and honors Mendenhall-Lee, its lone senior.
