Bengals and Idaho Meet in Boise

POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State plays its only game of the week on Friday, December 20, vs. Idaho at Century Link Arena in Boise. Tipoff is at 7 p.m. and the game will be broadcast live on 930 CBS Sports Radio and Rock 102.5.

Idaho leads the series 56-44 but the Bengals have won five of the last six meetings, with the Vandals win coming last year in Pocatello. Idaho beat ISU 75-69 on Feb. 23, 2013 in Reed Gym.

Idaho is 5-6 and scoring 72.7 points a game . Stephen Madison is scoring 15.9 points and averaging 7.4 rebounds. Connor Hill is netting 14.9 points and Glen Dean is third in scoring at 12.7.

Idaho State is ranked No. 23 in 3-point field goal percentage at 41 percent. The team is also ranked fifth in the nation in steals at 10.6 a contest. Jeff Solarin is ranked 21st in field goal percentage at 61.8 percent and Tomas Sanchez is 50th in steals at 2.14 a contest.

Idaho is one of only five schools the Bengals have played over 100 times. The two schools series records differ as Idaho's records has the series at 60-41 in favor of the Vandals and the Bengal record book has the series at 56-44 in favor of Idaho. Career Nights at San Francisco
Three Bengals had career-nights in the 93-90 overtime win over San Francisco. Chris Hansen had a career-high 33 points while Tomas Sanchez had a career game with 24 points. Andre Hatchett tied his career-high of 20 points but did have a career-best 12 rebounds.
