The Bengals easily topped the Wolverines in the first set, 25-12, and won the second set 25-23. They fell 26-24 in the third and 25-22 in the fourth. They came back to win the fifth set 15-9. Idaho State had a .270 attack percentage compared to Utah Valley's .186.

"It's great to have a five set match, but, quite frankly, I would have preferred if we won it in three," said Head Volleyball Coach Chad Teichert. "We played remarkably well in the first two matches but its tough physically and mentally. It was fun to go out and win that fifth match."

The Wolverine Classic continues tomorrow morning with the Bengals taking on University of Utah tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
