Hansen Named US Bank Bengal Athlete of the Week

POCATELLO, Idaho –  Idaho State senior Chris Hansen has been named the US Bank Bengal Athlete of the Week for his performance last week vs. Montana Western and Pacific.

Hansen scored 21 points and led the Bengals to an 86-66 win over Montana Western on  Tuesday, December 2 and then he added 12 points in a 68-62 loss to Pacific. He is averaging 17.2 points on the season.

Hansen is close to becoming the 20th Bengal to reach the 1,000 point mark as he has 926 career points.
