POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State football team returns to the road for a contest at Montana on November 5 at 5 p.m. in Missoula. The game will be televised live on Root Sports and
Jerry Miller and Mitch Beckstead will call the game on 102.5 KMGI. Live stats and audio will be available at isubengals.com. Because the game is televised on Root Sports the game will not be available on Big Sky TV.
Series vs. Montana
Montana leads the series 43-13. The Bengals lost 33-27 in overtime in Pocatello to Montana last year. Montana has won 10 straight meetings, with the Bengals last win being 43-40 in two overtimes in 2003 at Holt Arena. Idaho State's last win in Missoula was 31-17 in 1983.
About Montana
Montana is 5-3 and 2-3 in Big Sky Conference play. Quarterback Brady Gustafson has thrown for 2,593 yards, 24 touchdowns and only seven interceptions. Jerry Louie-McGee leads the receiving attack with 51 receptions for 428 yards and two touchdowns. Jeremy Calhoun has carried the ball 69 times for 504 yards and is averaging a team-best 63 yards a game. John Buss leads the defense with 57 tackles and 16.5 tackles for loss. Connor Strahm has 48 tackles.
