POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's basketball team returns to the road for its second game in three days. The Bengals tipoff at Boise State at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 18. Jerry Miller will call the action live at 102.5 KMGI. To follow the game online log onto isubengals.com. Following Sunday's game, ISU plays at BYU on Sunday, Dec. 20.

Series vs. Boise State
Idaho State leads the series 54-53. Boise State has won the last five meetings. Boise State won the last meeting 79-55 in Boise on Dec. 5, 2011. The last ISU win was 88-79 in Pocatello during the 2005-06 season. ISU won 64-59 in Boise during the 2004-05 season.

Scouting  Boise State
Boise State is 5-4 and led by Chandler Hutchison's 17.4 points as game. Nick Duncan is scoring 10.4 points a game. The Broncos are scoring 72.7 points a game and giving up 65.9. Boise State shoots 46 percent from the field and opponents are shooting 42 percent.  Hutchison is the team's best rebounder at 8.3 a game.

Tough Nonconference Schedule
As of Monday, Dec. 10 CSUN (3-7) and NJIT (5-6) were the only teams with a losing record. Wisconsin is 9-2, Texas Tech 8-1, New Mexico 6-4, UVU 5-4, Utah State 5-4, Eastern Kentucky 6-5, NJIT 5-6 and Lamar is 5-4. Upcoming opponents BYU is 7-3 and Boise State is 5-4.

Liggins Redshirt Pulled
Against Bristol on Dec. 10, Keshawn Liggins was pulled from his redshirt. The Bengal junior played 19 minutes and had a team-high seven rebounds. He started and scored four points in the win over Montana Tech.
