Bengals Play at Northern Colorado on Thursday

POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State returns to the road for games at Northern Colorado on Thursday, Jan. 19 and North Dakota on Saturday, Jan. 21. Tipoff at Northern Colorado is 7 p.m. and North Dakota tipoff is at 1 p.m. mountain time.  Jerry Miller will call both games on 102.5 KMGI and fans can follow the games online at isubengals.com with live video, audio and stats.

Scouting Northern Colorado
Northern Colorado is 7-10 and 3-3 in Big Sky play. Jordan Davis leads the Bears in scoring at 19.9 points a game. DJ Miles is scoring 12.7 and Chaz Glotta is netting 10.4 points a game. Northern Colorado is scoring 71.4 points a game and giving up 73.9. The Bears are shooting .434 percent from the field, .348 percent from the three-point line and .615 percent from the free throw line. UNC averages 38.8 rebounds, 12.8 assists, 4.5 steals, 2.3 blocks and 14.5 turnovers a game. In conference play, Davis is scoring 19.8 points a game and Miles 16.

Series vs. Northern Colorado
Idaho State leads the series 36-20. ISU has won three of the last four meetings, winning 90-57 in Greeley and 83-78 in Pocatello last year.

Series vs. North Dakota
North Dakota leads the series 9-1. UND has won eight straight meetings and swept the series last year; winning 83-49 in the conference tournament, 76-60 in Grand Forks  and 84-76 in Pocatello. ISU's only win was 76-63 in Pocatello on Dec. 3, 2011.

Remaining Home Schedule Moved to Reed Gym
The Bengals  remaining home games will now be played in Reed Gym. The Feb. 2 and Feb. 4 games vs. NAU and SUU were scheduled to be played in Holt Arena due to a scheduling conflict in Reed Gym but on Wednesday evening of this week the event agreed to move to Holt Arena, allowing the Bengals to officially make Reed Gym their home for the remainder of the season. Fans with tickets for those games will be sent reserved tickets in the mail by the end of January.

Notes from Idaho Game
- 32 three-point field goal attempts tied a season-high. The Bengals also attempted 32 at at BYU.
- Brandon Boyd's 10 3-pointers attempted tied his season-high.
- Stephen Lennox's four made free throws was a season-high.
- ISU is 0-8 when shooting under 40 percent. The Bengals shot 34.6 percent vs. Idaho.

Geno Luzcando and Novak Topalovic are the only players who have started every game this year.
