ISU Plays at Seattle to Close out November

POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's basketball team plays its final game of the month of November on Monday, Nov. 27 at the Seattle U. Tipoff is at 8 p.m. mountain time. Scouting Seattle
Seattle is 2-4 after going 1-2 in the 2017 2K Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project. Seattle beat Detroit 102-71 and lost to Belmont and Washington. Seattle is scoring 81.5 points a game, shooting .467 percent from the field, .362 percent from the three-point line and .819 percent from the free throw line. Seattle averages 39.5 rebounds, 16.5 assists, 17.3 turnovers, 6.2 steals and 3.8 blocks per game. Matej Kavas leads Seattle in scoring at 17.5 points while shooting .515 percent from the field. He is also shooting .476 percent from the three-point line and averaging 5.8 rebounds a game. Seattle has five players averaging 10 points or more.

Stutzman Plays
Idaho State's Jared Stutzman received word the morning of Nov. 22 that he would he immediately be eligible to play this season. He was not on the trip to San Jose but once he received word he was good to play he boarded a plan that morning and landed late afternoon where he played and scored 12 points in 15 minutes off the bench in the loss at San Jose State.

A Look Back
Idaho State dropped to 0-4 after a 62-54 loss at San Jose State on Nov. 22. Jared Stutzman led ISU in scoring with 12 points off the bench. Geno Luzcando and Gary Chivichyan each had 10 points. ISU was held to 31.5 percent shooting for the game.
