POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's basketball team plays at Northern Colorado on Saturday, Jan. 13 at 2 p.m. Jerry Miller will call the game live on 102.5 KMGI. Fans can follow the game online with live stats, audio and video by logging onto isubengals.com. ISU hosts Portland State and Sacramento State on January 18 and 20. Both games begin at 7 p.m. in Reed Gym.

Scouting Northern Colorado
Northern Colorado is 11-7 and 2-3 in Big Sky Conference play. The Bears are 6-2 at home and led in scoring by Andre Spight's 18.9 points a game. Jordan Davis is scoring 16.8 points and shooting 53 percent from the field. Northern Colorado is scoring 78.2 points a game and giving up 71.8. UNC shoots 45.5 percent from the field, 34 percent from the three-point line and 67.3 percent from the free throw line. Northern Colorado averages 36.7 rebounds, 11.5 assists, 12.1 turnovers and 5.9 steals.  In conference play Spight is scoring 21.6 points and Davis is scoring 17.4 points. The Bears are shooting 46.1 percent from the field and averaging 77.4 points a game while giving up 79.

Geno Luzcando has 1000 points for his career. Only 21 Bengals have reached the 1,000 point mark prior to Luzcando. Ev Fopma (1971-73) ranks 21st in ISU history with 1,007 points. The most recent 1,000 point scorer at ISU was Ethan Telfair (2015-17) and Chris Hansen (2012-15). Telfair ranks 17th with 1,119 points and Hansen ranks ninth with 1,355 points.
