Eastern Washington scored the first of its three first-half goals just nine minutes into the game. In the 32nd minute, Bambei was able to feed Johnston on the left sideline.

The freshman dribbled deep towards the end line and shot from just outside the left side of the 18-yard box. Despite the narrow angle, she found the net on the right side of the goal to put Idaho State on the board.

Eastern Washington scored five unanswered goals in the second half with four coming between the 64th and 75th minutes.

Idaho State returns to Davis Field to host Weber State on Friday. ISU will honor its seniors before the game.
