POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's basketball team plays its final two nonconference games this week with a Dec. 19 game at Utah Valley and a Dec. 22 contest at UCSB. The Bengals haven't played since a Dec. 7 win at Santa Clara. The UVU game tips at 7 p.m. while the UCSB tips at 3 p.m. (MTN).

Scouting Utah Valley
Utah Valley is 8-4 and 4-0 at home. The Wolverines are scoring 77.1 points a game and giving up 71.9. UVU shoots .476 percent from the field, .394 percent from the three-point line and .641 percent from the free throw line. The Wolverines average 38.1 rebounds. 14.5 assists and 12.8 turnovers a game. Defensively, UVU's opponents shoot .424 percent from the free throw line, .364 percent from the three-point line and .738 percent from the foul line.

Recapping Santa Clara
