Soccer Preview: Weber State

POCATELLO, Idaho-
The Idaho State soccer team is back on the road this week with only one match against Weber State (Oct. 20) at 1 p.m. (MST) in Ogden, Utah.

The match will feature Live Stats and Live Video (Pluto TV Channel 535).

Weber State 
Weber State has compiled a 2-10-2 overall record and is 1-3-2 in conference play with draws against Sacramento State (1-1) and Idaho (1-1), a victory against Portland State (1-0), and losses against Montana (1-0), Northern Colorado (1-0), and Eastern Washington (1-0). The Wildcats average .36 goals per match with a .631 shot on goal percentage.

Since 1998, Idaho State holds a 8-12-4 record against Weber with a 4-5-3 away record. Their last match-up was in 2018 in favor of Weber (5-3) in Pocatello. Their 2017 match-up resulted in draw (1-1) on Davis Field. Idaho State's last victory over Weber was in 2016 (1-0) in Ogden, Utah.

In the 2018 season, The Wildcats finished with 9-5-4 overall record and went 7-1-1 in conference play. They appeared in the Big Sky Championship game falling to Montana (2-0).

Senior goalkeeper Katie Hogarth now has 103 saves so far this season, the most in the conference and the second All-Time single-season saves at ISU. The senior has compiled 169 saves in her career, the sixth all-time career saves
