"I'm so proud of the fight this team has had throughout the season and today," said Head Coach Debs Brereton. "We played very well and earned the lead and showed our grit by getting ourselves back into the game and almost winning it in the dying minutes of regulation. Unfortunately, a very good NAU team came back and took the chances they created for themselves."

"This senior class are so resilient and they have all played key roles in starting to turn the tide here," Brereton said. "The returning players will work had to build upon next season. I'm so proud of each member for staying together, we will rise again and come back stronger."
