POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State volleyball fell to Southern Utah in a 3-2 match on Nov. 2 in Reed Gym.
The Bengals fought back from an early eight point deficit in the first set to win 25-21.
The next two sets were in favor of the Thunderbirds, 26-24 and 25-19.
ISU took the fourth set in a 13 point advantage, 25-13 with the team averaging a .760 hitting percentage.Â
The Thunderbirds took the final set, 15-11.
The Bengals finished with 51 kills led by
Raegan Steiner with 13,
Taylor Meeks with 11, andÂ
Haylie Keck with 10.
Andri Dewey recorded 39 assists during the match.
Idaho State hits the road to face the Weber State Wildcats on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. (MST) in Ogden, Utah and the Northern Colorado Bears on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. (MST) in Greeley, Colo. The matches will feature Live Stats and Live Video which can be accessed here:
