POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's basketball team plays its final road game of the 2018-19 season on Saturday, March 2 at 7 p.m. at Northern Colorado.
Jerry Miller will call the game live on 102.5 KMGI with the pregame show beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Following Saturday's game, the Bengals play three home games next week in Holt Arena. Idaho State hosts Weber State on March 4, Eastern Washington on March 7 and Idaho on March 9.
Following the Idaho game the Bengals head to Boise for the Big Sky Conference tournament.
Scouting Northern Colorado
Northern Colorado is 19-9 and 13-4 in Big Sky Conference play. The Bears are 9-2 at home this season. Jordan Davis leads UNC in scoring at 23.9 points a game. He plays 33.4 minutes and shoots .482 percent from the field. Bodie Hume scores 10.6 points and Jonah Radebaugh scores 10.1 points and averages 5.8 rebounds. Northern Colorado scores 77.4 points a game and gives up 69.4 points. The Bears shoot .467 percent and opponents shoot .450 percent.
In conference play, Davis scores 23.8 points a game and shoots .497 percent from the field. Hume scores 10.6 points in conference play. The Bears average 73.2 points a game and gives up 66.5 points. UNC shoots .458 percent and opponents shoot .440 percent in Big Sky play.

- Idaho State shot 46 percent from the field (28-61) and made 13 3-pointers on 26 attempts. Portland State shot 51 percent from the field and made 15 3-pointers on 28 attempts.
- Idaho State was 24-34 from the free throw line and had only 11 turnovers to 16 for the Vikings. The Bengals were out rebounded 44-32.
- Idaho State led for a majority of the first half and held a 49-47 lead at halftime. The Bengals jumped out to a 16-9 lead after a 3-pointer by
Balint Mocsan with 14:53 left in the first half.
- The Vikings then went on an 8-0 run to lead 17-16 a little over a minute later. ISU countered with an 8-0 run of its own to lead 24-17 with 11:42 left in the first half following a 3-pointer by Boyd.
- PSU rallied to take a 28-27 lead with 9:33 to play and would later lead 45-40 with 3:22 to play in the first half. The Bengals closed out the first half on a 9-2 run to take a 49-47 halftime lead following a 3-pointer by Dowd with two seconds left.
- Portland State's Jamie Orme hit a 3-pointer in the first 10 seconds of the second period to make the score 50-49. PSU would lead the rest of the game.
- The Vikings extended their lead to 65-55 five minutes into the final period and the lead would balloon to 75-60 three minutes later. Idaho State got no closer than four points the rest of the way at 97-93 with six seconds left in the game.
