Austin Cook Added to Men's Basketball Recruiting Class

POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's basketball program has added Austin Cook, a 6-4 guard, from Damien High School in Montclair, Calif., to its signing class.

Cook averaged 16.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and four assists as a senior. He garnered first-team All-Baseline League, first-team all-region and first-team All-Southern California. He also earned all-state.

For his career he scored 1,471 points, grabbed 700 rebounds and dished out 450 assists. He led his team to a 102-27 record at Damien High School.

"We are excited about the addition of Austin Cook to our program," Idaho State Head Coach Ryan Looney said. "He is someone I have known for a long time now.
