POCATELLO, Idaho - Idaho State volleyball fell to the Portland State Vikings 3-0 (25-22, 25-18, 25-19) Thursday evening in Portland, Oregon.
The two teams had a back and forth first set that had nine tie scores and six lead changes. The Vikings were able to pull away at the end and come away with the set one victory.
The Vikings were able to control the rest of the match and come away with the 3-0 victory.
Reagan Kunz led the Bengals with eight kills and four blocks.
The Bengals controlled the net during the match, finishing with 10 total blocks, five of which were made in the first set.
Asiah Sopoaga finished the match with a team-high 11 digs.
The Bengals continue their road trip this weekend as they head to Sacramento State to take on the Hornets. First serve is set for Saturday, Oct. 30 at 8:00 p.m.
