Idaho State Travels to Pepperdine and Seattle U

POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's basketball team plays its first two road games of the 2021-22 season on Friday, Nov. 12 at 8 p.m. (MST) at Pepperdine and Sunday, Nov. 14 at Seattle U at 6 p.m. (MST). Jerry Miller will call both games on KISU with the pregame show starting 30 minutes prior to tipoff.  The Pepperdine game will be on wccsports.com and the Seattle game will be on ESPN +.

Road Non Conference Wins Since 2015
Since 2010, the Bengals have seven nonconference road wins over Division 1 schoosl 
The most recent win was an 89-79 victory at Air Force on Nov. 7, 2019. Other wins are at Boise State (2018), CSUN (2017), Portand (2015), Grand Canyon (2014), USF (2013) and Troy (2010).

Idaho State finished the 2020-21 season with a 13-11 record. It was only the seventh time since 1990 the Bengals had a winning season 
2020-21, 13-11; 2015-16, 16-15; 2002-03, 15-14; 2000-01, 14-14; 1996-97, 14-13; 1994-95, 18-10; 1993-94, 19-8. 

Crashing the Boards 
Idaho State has won the battle of the boards each season with Ryan Looney has head coach. Last season ISU out rebounded opponents 36.1-29.9. In the 2019-20 season the Bengals out rebounded teams 32.9-32.1. In the season opener vs. Eastern Oregon, the Bengals won the rebounding battle, 35-28.

- Austin Smellie has 26 double figure scoring games in his career. 
- Robert Ford III has scored in double figures in 15 games during his career at Idaho State. He has five rebounds or more in 18 games. 
- Brayden Parker has scored in double figures in 15 games in his career and has five rebounds or more in 16 games.
