POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State women's tennis team lost 5-2 to Boise State on Saturday morning in Boise, Idaho.
The Bengals picked up two singles wins.
Hristina Cvetkovic beat Holly Stewart at No. 1 singles, 4-6, 7-5, 7-5. At No. 3 singles
Hana Cho beat Shauna Hefferman 5-7, 7-5, 1-0 (10-5).
In doubles play, Sol and
Lola O'Lideadha beat Vanessa Timm and Nicole Discenza, 7-6 (7-5).
"The twins played really aggressive doubles and closed the net well," Idaho State coach
Gretchen Maloney said. "In the singles we all had a little bit of a slow start but Serb turned her match around after being down in the second and got a huge win at one. She played really solid when she needed too. Han was down and came back again and won in a really close third set tiebreak."
Idaho State is back on the courts on Sunday, Feb. 7 at 10 a.m. vs. Lewis-Clark State.
