POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's tennis team lost 4-3 to Montana State on Friday afternoon in Reed Gym.
The winning point came down to No. 6 singles where
Wikus Robbertse lost 7-5, 6-3.
The Bengals opened the match by winning the doubles point.
Andreas Kramer and
Patrick Kristensen earned a 7-5 win at No. 2 doubles and
Ege Cankus and
Hiroki Fujita won 6-4 at No. 3 doubles.
In singles play,
Patrik Trhac won 7-6, 6-2 against Daan Van Dijk. Kristensen also earned a 4-6, 6-2, 6-3 win.
Idaho State heads to California next week to play at UC Davis on March 21, Sacramento State on March 23 and Saint Mary's on March 24.
