MISSOULA, Montana- The Idaho State soccer team finished up their lone match of the week on the road on Sunday afternoon at the University of Montana in Missoula.
The Bengals and Grizz were in a defensive slugfest as the match remained scoreless until the 80
th minute, as Montana was able to get one to reach the back of the net with just 10 minutes remaining in the contest. This would be the only score of the match as the Bengals were held scoreless, falling 1-0.
Kelsey Jargstorf played in goal all 90 minutes for Idaho State, making 6 saves.
Emerson Grafton played all 90 minutes on the offensive end for the Bengals, taking two shots and one shot on goal.
Idaho State plays at Davis Field for their next two matches. The first will be Friday, October 13
th as the Bengals play host to the first-place Portland State Vikings at 7 p.m. and on Sunday, October 15
th the Bengals will be going up against the Sacramento State Hornets at 1 p.m.
