The Idaho State Bengals were tabbed to finish 8
th in both the coaches' and media preseason polls.
The 2024-25 Bengals features 12 new players, making them one of only 27 schools and universities in the entire NCAA who had 12+ newcomers on their roster for the 2024-25 season, and the only university in the Big Sky Conference. The 4 returners include
Isaiah Griffin and
AJ Burgin, who both saw valuable minutes last season when the Bengals made their run to the Big Sky Tournament semifinals.
