Bengals to Begin Postseason Play Facing ‘Jacks in Sacramento

ISU Earns Highest Tournament Seed Since 2014

Pocatello, ID - With a win vs. Portland State and a Sac State win over Weber State, Idaho State Volleyball has secured the #2 seed in anticipation of the Big Sky Conference Tournament, the highest seed since the Bengals finished as regular season champs in 2014.

Now, the regular season has ended, and it's time to make the seeding worthwhile. ISU will see its first action of the conference tournament on Wednesday, Nov. 27, a rematch with #7 Northern Arizona.

The Bengals know the task ahead of them, as the Lumberjacks are responsible for one of the five conference losses for the orange and black, a five-set shootout that went the way of the visitors in Reed Gym. NAU is riding a wave of momentum into the tournament in the shape of three straight wins, the latter two of which were done in 3-0 sweeps.
