Pocatello, ID – Following the Treasure State sweep of the Montanas, the Idaho State Bengals find themselves atop the Big Sky standings in what has been a historic season thus far.
But the season is not quite finished yet. The Bengals are off to Ogden for the rivalry rematch that has been one-sided in the past few years to say the least. The girls look to build off their strong momentum though after beating the Wildcats at Reed Gym for the first time since 2017.
The defending champs have had an unfamiliar start to their 2024 campaign, going 3-8 before conference play. But they have certainly picked up the pace, buzzing after a 4-game win streak and sitting at 4
th in the conference (8-3). Idaho State hopes to play spoilers in the Weber resurgence as they look to claim the number 1 seed for the first time since 2014.
