POCATELLO, Idaho – The Bengals earned their first Big Sky Tournament victory since 2015 this year, Head Coach Sean Carter also earned his first career postseason win at the helm for the Bengals. However, the 2024 season is not quite finished for Idaho State, the Bengals earned their first postseason tournament berth since 2013 following being selected for the 2024 National Invitational Volleyball Championship (NIVC).
The Bengals will travel to Laramie, Wyoming where in their first-round match they take on host school, the Wyoming Cowgirls. First serve will be at 7 P.M. in the Uniwyo Sports Complex, you can stream the match on the Mountain West Network, or follow along with LiveStats.
Also in the Wyoming Region is Utah Valley University and Washington State. The winner of ISU vs. UW will move on to the second round to face the winner of UVU vs. WSU.
Northern Colorado and Weber State were also selected to go to the NIVC, the Wildcats drawing the Arizona Region and the Bears in the Georgia Southern Region.

th in the Mountain West averaging 9.47 assists per set. In conference play, Partyka had at least 30 assists in all but one match and tallied 8 double-doubles.
#6 Sarah Holcomb, Junior – Sarah Holcomb, named an All-MW Honorable Mention, was just a tenth of a block per set off the conference lead for the 2
nd season in a row. Holcomb averaged 1.41 blocks per set. Holcomb, who averaged 2.07 kills per set, was 5
th in the league with a .376 hitting percentage on the season.
