POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State Football capped its late-season surge with its strongest postseason recognition in five years, placing two Bengals on the Big Sky First Team, five on the Second Team, and four on the Honorable Mention list. The 11 total selections mark Idaho State's most All-Conference honors since the 2020 season.
The Bengals finished 6–6 overall and 5–3 in the Big Sky after winning four straight to close the regular season. Idaho State ended the year with the conference's top passing offense, the nation's top net punting unit, and the fewest sacks allowed in the FCS.
FIRST TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE
Stryker Rashid – Offensive Line
Rashid anchored an Idaho State offensive line that allowed just 3 sacks all season, the fewest in the Big Sky and the number one mark in the nation. The Bengals averaged 459.4 yards per game, ranked second in the conference, and rushed for 5.48 yards per carry while operating the Big Sky's top passing offense at 303.8 yards per game.
Trajan Sinatra – Kicker
Sinatra led the Big Sky in field goals with 18 makes, finishing 18-for-22 (81.8 percent) with a long of 56 yards, the longest kick in the conference and tied for the fourth-longest nationally. He added 43 PATs for a total of 97 kicking points and delivered the walk-off field goal in the road win at UC Davis.
SECOND TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE
Dason Brooks – Running Back
Brooks surpassed the 1,000-yard mark with 1,007 rushing yards, 10 touchdowns, and 6.41 yards per carry. He ranked third in the Big Sky in both rushing yards per game and yards per attempt, highlighted by a 219-yard performance in the victory at UC Davis.
Tsion Nunnally – Wide Receiver
Nunnally played a pivotal role in the conference's top passing offense, contributing explosive receptions throughout the season as one of Idaho State's primary deep threats. He ranked among the Big Sky's leaders in yards and yards per catch while anchoring the Bengals' perimeter production.
Cam'ron Willis – Defensive Line
Willis totaled 6.5 sacks, 10 tackles for loss, and 2 forced fumbles, ranking among the defensive leaders in both categories. His pressure helped Idaho State finish third in the conference with 28 team sacks.
Rylan Leathers – Defensive Back
Leathers tallied 101 tackles, tying for third in the Big Sky at 8.42 tackles per game. He added 63 solo stops, four tackles for loss, and an interception, emerging as one of the conference's most productive defenders in his first season as a starter.
Gabe Russo – Punter
Russo delivered one of the nation's premier punting seasons, averaging 46.49 yards per punt to lead the Big Sky. Idaho State finished number one nationally in net punting at 42.64 yards per punt, allowing only 3.33 return yards per attempt with six touchbacks across 39 punts.
HONORABLE MENTION
Jordan Cooke – Quarterback
Cooke led the Big Sky in passing with 3,645 yards and 303.8 yards per game, ranking fourth in the nation. He produced the two highest total-offense games in the conference this season with 428-yard outings against both Montana and Weber State.
Michael Shulikov – Wide Receiver
Shulikov finished with 908 receiving yards and 17.9 yards per catch, ranking among the top receivers in the Big Sky. He provided consistent explosive ability as one of Idaho State's most impactful perimeter weapons.
Damien Morgan – Wide Receiver
Morgan recorded 569 receiving yards and 51.7 yards per game, ranking 12th in the Big Sky. He averaged more than 11 yards per catch while serving as a reliable option in Idaho State's high-efficiency passing attack.
Nathan Reynolds – Linebacker
Reynolds posted 81 tackles and 6.75 tackles per game, finishing 11th in the Big Sky. He added two interceptions, including the game-sealing pick in Idaho State's road win at sixth-ranked UC Davis.
