POCATELLO, Idaho – The Idaho State soccer team opens the 2025 season with an exhibition game at Salt Lake Community College this Saturday, August 9
th at 11 a.m. You can stream the game on
scenicwestnetwork.com This will be the first fall match the Bengals have played against an outside opponent since the conclusion of their spring season earlier this year.
The Bengals are led by captains,
Mary Za and
Saydree Cooke, as well as junior Isa Winton, and sophomore,
Camille Kollar. The Bengals look to build off their strong defensive play from last season.
Head Coach
Dustin Downey was busy in the offseason as well, adding 13 new players to the roster since last season.
Following their exhibition match at Salt Lake Community College, the Bengals will host Utah Valley University on Thursday, August 14
th for their 2025 regular season opener at Davis Field at 7 p.m.
