WICHITA, Kansas- Idaho State earned a win on the final day of the Shocker Volleyball Classic defeating Wichita State 3-1 Saturday night

The Bengals close out the tournament strong with a 3-1 victory (9-25, 25-23, 25-22,25-20), Dominating the game with a strong defense behind the net, outblocking the shockers 9-4 in the match. Freshman, Mia Walsh finished with a team-high in both 10 kills and 15 dig double-double. Sophomore, Nora Waddoups finished with a .333 hitting percentage and 14 digs. Senior middle blocker Jaydin Watts finished with 8 kills and a team high of .350 hitting percentage. Annelie Wilson chipped in five kills and 13 digs.

Following the Shocker Volleyball Classic, Idaho State heads across the state for the Boise State Classic, Hosted by Boise State University from Sept. 3-5. The Bengal's will face UNLV, North Dakota, and Boise state while there.
