Aaidan Hebert Joins Idaho State Athletics as Assistant Athletic Director for Revenue Generation and NIL

POCATELLO, Idaho — Idaho State Athletics is pleased to announce the hiring of Aaidan Hebert as its new Assistant Athletic Director for Revenue Generation and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).

In this newly established leadership role, Hebert will provide strategic oversight for the department's revenue generation initiatives and NIL efforts, working collaboratively across athletics and the University to identify innovative opportunities that enhance the student-athlete experience while advancing the department's long-term financial goals.

"Aaidan brings a unique combination of experience in collegiate athletics, fundraising, corporate partnerships, and community engagement that aligns perfectly with where our department is headed," said Crew Keller, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development and External Relations. "His passion for building meaningful relationships and creating innovative opportunities for student-athletes will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our revenue generation efforts and position Idaho State Athletics for long-term success."

Hebert joins the department with a diverse background spanning collegiate athletics, professional sports, corporate partnerships, fundraising, and community engagement. Most recently, he served as Coordinator for Women In Flight at the University of Oregon Athletics, where he led donor engagement initiatives, coordinated stewardship events, developed fundraising campaigns, and strengthened communications that connected supporters to the impact of Oregon's women's athletics programs. His work focused on cultivating meaningful donor relationships, enhancing volunteer engagement, and creating impactful experiences for student-athletes and supporters.

In addition to his development experience, Hebert served as a Social Responsibility Intern with the New York Liberty, where he supported community initiatives that expanded organizational impact and strengthened relationships with local partners and stakeholders. Hebert's also spent time with Oregon Sports Properties, where he further developed his expertise in corporate partnerships, sponsorship activation, and delivering partner-focused experiences across multiple sports. Combined with previous roles at Nintendo of America, the Seattle Mariners, Lumen Field, and Central Washington University Athletics, Aaidan has built a strong foundation in strategic communications, relationship management, live-event operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Hebert shared, "From our very first conversation and throughout the interview process, it was clear that Idaho State University Athletics is a department built around passionate people who care deeply about its student-athletes and the Bengal community. I'm honored to join that team and excited to work alongside our coaches, staff, alumni, donors, business partners, fans, and student-athletes to build on the incredible foundation already in place while creating meaningful opportunities that strengthen Bengal Athletics for years to come."

As Assistant Athletic Director for Revenue Generation and NIL, Hebert will work closely with campus and external partners to strengthen existing revenue streams, identify new business opportunities, expand NIL partnerships for student-athletes, support NIL education and compliance efforts, and collaborate across athletics to maximize the impact of fundraising, licensing, sponsorship, and fan engagement initiatives.

Hebert earned his MBA in Sport Business and Advanced Strategy & Leadership from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business after completing his bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a Communication specialization from Central Washington University.
