Idaho State: (2015) Played in 18 games with 17 starts at defender for the Bengals…recorded her first career goal against Montana on Oct. 16…scored her second goal of the season at Southern Utah on Oct. 25…tallied 10 shots with six shots on goal for a .600 shot on goal percentage for the season…logged 1501 minutes on the year…named Big Sky All-Academic for the second straight season.

(2014) Started in all 20 games of the season ... had four shots and one on goal against Utah State ... played 1784 minutes ... named to Big Sky All-Academic Team.

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner at Kamehameha High School – Kapalama … was a part of the 2013-14 state championship team and the 2011-12 state championship team …  was named to the 2014 Hawaii Division I Championship All-Tournament Team  …  was twice named second team all-region … once named all-region honorable mention … on the club level she was a member of the Leahi  96 & 97 Premier Soccer Club which won six consecutive titles.

Personal: Daughter of Lance and Lisa Mizo … has a brother, Micah, and a sister, Kacie … plans to major in pharmacy.
