Cross Country: Opened the 2019 season at the Vivint Invitational... At the Montana State Cross Country Classic, ran a personal best time of 18:10.0 in the 3M... Finished second at the Idaho State Invitational, running the 6K course in 23:04.9...Represented Idaho State at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships.

Indoor: At the Stacy Dragila Open finished seventh in the 3,000m... FInished fifth in the 3,000m at the MSU Dual Invite with a time of 10:28.68.

ISU (2018-19)
Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Bengals...Won the 5,000m at the Jackson's Invite with a personal best time of 17:43.97. The mark places her at No.8 all-time... ran a personal best time of 10.19.64 at the MSU Dual Invite No. 2... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Indoor: Ran in five indoor meets for the Bengals... Opened the Indoor season with a 2nd place podium finish in the Mile run at the Snake River Open with a time of 5:15.77 ... During the Mountain State Games podium finished 3rd in the 5000 running a personal best time of 17:57.67, also placing 4th in the 3000... During the Montana State Dual Meet Invitational ran a personal best 3000 with a time of 10:23.93 ... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000 and 5000

Outdoor: Ran four meets for ISU...opened the season with the 2017 UVU Collegiate Invitational and placed ninth in the 3K (11:41.21)...finished her first 1,500m at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic with a time of 5:12.01...set a personal record in the 1,500m (5:05.87) at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational...ran her first mile event at the 2017 BYU Robison Invitational and finished at the 5:39.04 mark.

High School: Competed in cross country and track and field...earned All-American honors twice in the 1,500m and 3,000m...won individual state championships in both cross country and track and field...earned all-state honors in cross country and track all four years...holds three school records...multiple-time district champion...graduated with honors.
