Ran a personal best time of 21:34.5 in the 6K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational, finishing 39th out of 237 runners...Represented Idaho State at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships.

Idaho State (2018): Opened the season at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic running a personal best time of 37:28.93 in the 10,000m... At the Aggie Invitational, ran a personal best time of 5:06.11 in the 1,500m... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10,000m. Finished 11th with a time of 39:21.66.
