Idaho State (2021-22)
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Bengals... During the 2022 Aggie Invitational finished first in the 100m and the 4x100 and finished second in the 200m dash with a time of 21.73... Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships. 
Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bengals... Competed in the 2022 Snake River Open finishing first in the 100m and 4x100 as well as placing second in the 60m with a time of 7.02... Placed first in the 200m at the 2022 Mtn. States Games with a time of 21.81 a personal best and finishing second in the 60 earning a personal best of 6.94 a personal best... Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships.


Idaho State (2020-21)
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Bengals…Opened the season at the Westmont Collegiate Classic finishing second in the 200m with a time of 22.21…Won the 200m dash at the Aggie Invitational with a time of 21.52…Competed at the ISU Bengal Invitational in the 200m placing third (22.09)and in the 100m placing ninth (10.87)… Represented Idaho State at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 200m, 4x100m, and 4x400m…Set a new personal record in the 200m prelims with a time of 21.55 and finished sixth in finals with a time of 21.59… Member or the fourth place 4x100m team finishing with a time of 41.34.
Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Bengals…Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 400m (51.07) and a third-place finish in the 200m (22.99) at the Bobcat and Bengals I meet…Earned a new personal best in the 55m at the Weber State Invitational with a time of 6.53 for a fifth-place finish…Concluded the season at the Bobcat Special coming in second in the 60m, 200m, and the 4x400m.

Idaho State (2019-20)
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19
Indoor: Was part of the winning 4x400 team at the Snake River Open. Also finished second in the 400m with a time of 49.85...At the 2020 Big Sky Tuner, won the 200m with a time of 22.31 seconds...Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 200m finishing sixth overall with a personal best time of 21.83 seconds.  

Idaho State (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the UVU Collegiate Invitational as part of the winning 4x400 team with time of 3:24.90... At the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational  set a new personal best in the 200m with a time of 21.93 (2.0) seconds. Was part of the winning 4x100 team with a time of 40.88... At the Aggie Invitational set a personal best in the 400m with a time of 49.71 to finish third. Also set a new best in the 100m running a time of 10.99 seconds... won the 400m at the Montana State Open with a personal best time of 48.42 seconds... At the BYU Robison Invitational, was part of the winning 4x100 team with a time of 40.58 seconds. The mark earns the team the fastest all-time spot. Set a new personal best in the 200m with a time of 21.81 seconds... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big SKy Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. As part of the 4x100 team, finished 3rd with a time of 40.89 seconds.
Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bengals...Finished second place in the 400 at the Stacy Dragila Open running a personal best 49.76. Also recorded a personal best in the 60m with a time of 7.01... Won the 400 at the MSU Dual Invite #1... Finished third at the Jackson's Invite in the 200m with a personal best time of 22.03... at the MSU Dual Invite No.2 finished second in the 200 and third as part of the 4x400... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Idaho State (2017-18)
Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets for ISU... At the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic ran a personal best 51.76 in the 400m... During the Mark Faldmo Invitational placed 3rd in the 4X100 with a time of 42.22 Ran a personal best in the 200m with a time of 22.32 (0.8) ... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 4X100 and the 4X400
