Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Bengals…Opened the season placing third in the discus at the Westmont Collegiate Classic with a mark of 43.54m or 142' 10…Competed at the 2021 BYU Robison Invitational in the hammer, discus, and javelin, earned a season best in the hammer with a throw of 49.58m or 162' 8" to place ninth and in the javelin with a throw of 39.50m or 129' 7"… Represented Idaho State at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the hammer throw and discus…Placed fourth in the discus and earned a new personal best in the event with a mark of 48.67m or 159' 8".
Indoor: Did not compete during the 2021 season.

Idaho State (2019-20)
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19
Indoor: Opened the season finishing second in the weight throw at the Snake River Open with a mark of 16.10m... At the Stacy Dragila Open, finished second with a throw of 16.10m... Won the weight throw at the MSU Dual Invite with a throw of 17.00m (55' 9.25")... At the Mountain State Games finished third in the weight throw... Won the weight throw at the Big Sky Tuner...Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the weight throw finishing 7th with a seasons best throw of 17.20m (56' 5.25").

Idaho State (2018-19):
Outdoor: Opened the season at the UVU Collegiate Invitational finishing fifth in the hammer throw with mark of 46.77m (153' 5")... At the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational set a new personal best in the discus throw with a mark of 46.41m (152' 3"). The distance earns the No. 6 all-time spot in the record book... Won the hammer throw at the Montana State Open with a mark of 47.15m (154' 8")... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bengals... At the Jackson's Invite finished third in the weight throw with a distance of 16.48m (54' 1")... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Idaho State (2017-18):
Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets... At the UVU Collegiate Invitational placed 6th in the Hammer Throw with a distace of 47.90m ( 157' 2") ... During the Mark Faldmo Invitational threw a personal best 50.71m (166' 4") in the Hammer Throw placing 4th. Threw another personal best in the Javelin with a distance of 41.28m ( 135' 5") also placing 4th ... At the BYU Robison Invitational threw a personal best in the Discus with a distace of 42.10m ( 138' 1")... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the Discus, the Hammer Throw, and the Javelin Throw.
Indoor: Won her first career title with a personal-record throw of 16.71m | 54-10 in the weight throw of the Weber State Winter Open.

Idaho State (2015-16):
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for ISU...opened the outdoor season with a sixth-place finish in the javelin (38.70m | 127-0) and a 10th-place finish in the discus (34.88m | 114-5) at the UVU Collegiate Invite...set a personal record in the shot put to place fifth (9.76m | 32-0 1/4) and claimed 10th in the javelin (35.94m | 117-11) at the Utah Spring Classic...earned a career-high, second-place finish in the discus with a career-best throw of 41.43m | 135-11 and set a personal record in the hammer throw (37.14m | 121-10) at the Wildcat Outdoor Open...earned two top-10 finishes at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational and set personal records in the discus (38.20m | 125-4) and hammer (37.67m | 123-7)...set a career best in the hammer (42.43m | 139-2) and a personal best in the shot put (10.22m | 33-6 1/2) at the Border Clash 2016...placed third in the javelin with a personal record throw of 39.92m | 131-0 at the Weber State Twilight Meet...represented ISU at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships and placed 15th in the discus (39.00m | 127-11) and javelin (38.89m | 127-7).
Indoor: Participated in five meets for the Bengals...began career with an eighth-place finish in the weight throw (12.68m | 41-7 1/4) and a pair of 10th-place finishes in the shot put (9.79m | 32-1 1/2) and 60m dash (8.63) at the Snake River Open...set new personal records in the weight throw (12.80m | 42-0) and shot put (9.92m | 32-6 1/2) at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...competed at the Weber State Indoor Invitational and placed fifth in the shot put with a career-best throw of 10.58m | 34-8 1/2, and placed 10th in the weight throw with a personal record throw of 13.17m | 43-2 1/2...set a personal record and finished eighth in the weight throw (13.89m | 45-7) at the Mountain State Games.

Billings Senior High School: Lettered four years in track and field...was named all-state track and field four years and won four state championships in AA Montana State track and field...holds school records in the squat, clean and incline bench press...held the AA Montana State discus record in 2015...graduated with a 3.8 GPA while taking all honors courses.

Personal: Born April 30, 1997...parents are Wendy and Jeff...Jeff played football for Temple and Bloomsburg University...has a sister Brooke and a brother Wade who played football at the University of Wyoming...major is Sports Management with a minor in coaching.
