Idaho State: (2021) Appeared and started in ten games ... Logging 948.29 minutes ... Recorded 48 saves with a .716 Save% ... Season high of seven saves against Weber State on April 4th. 

High School: Wetsel played four years in goal at Lone Peak High.  She was named First Team All-State in 2018 and 2019 and Honorable Mention All-State in 2017.  Recognized as The Daily Herald Athlete of the Week and was team captain in 2019.  Named to All-Valley and All-Region teams.  Led school to State Title in 2018 with four consecutive shutouts in the State Tournament.  Recorded nine Shutouts in each of her Junior and Senior seasons.  Allowed only 10 goals in 2019.

  Wetsels 29 career shutouts are a school record and ranks 7th all-time in Utah high school soccer.

Personal: Played for Utah Soccer Alliance Premier ’02 club team coached by Patrick Rennie Helped her team to State Cup Championships in 2017 and 2018 and a Far West Region Championship in 2018. 

Competed in the US Youth Soccer National Championships in 2018. Competed in US Youth Soccer National League from 2017 to 2020. Team captain 2017-2019.  Club team was ranked #1 in the Nation by gotsoccer.com in summer of 2018 and the final spring ranking of 2020. Trained with US Soccer Federation in 2016.  Goalkeeper of ’02 Region IV ODP Inter-Regional team that competed in Florida and Costa Rica from 2017-2019.

The Cedar Hills, Utah native comes to Idaho State after graduating from Lone Peak High School in the spring of 2020.
