Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Bengals…Opened the season at the Westmont Collegiate Classic running in the 400m hurdles finishing first with a time of 54.26…Finished first in the 400m hurdles at the UVU Collegiate Invitational (54.26) and at the OSU High Performance Meet (52.67)…Earned a personal best in the 200m at the BYU Robison Invitational with a time of 21.82…Represented Idaho State at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 400m hurdles and 4x100…Placed sixth in the 400m hurdles finishing with a time 53.08…Earned a new personal best in the 400m hurdles prelims with a time of 52.63… Member or the fourth place 4x100m team finishing with a time of 41.34.
Indoor: Competed in the Weber State Invitational earning a new personal best in the 55m hurdles with a time of 8.24 to finish eighth and fourth in the 400m with a time of 51.39…During the Bobcat Special hosted in Bozeman, Mont placed second in the 400m with a time of 49.56 and second in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.66.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19
Indoor: Opened the season winning the 400m at the Snake river open with a time of 49.54 seconds. recorded a personal best time of 8.49 seconds in the 60mH... At the Stacy Dragila Open, finished second in the 400m running a personal best time of 49.21 seconds... At the MSU Dual Invite, set a new personal best in the 200m with a time of 23.94 seconds... At the UW Invitational, finished second in the 400m against a field of national runners with a time of 48.49 seconds... During the Mountain State Games, was part of the winning 4x400 relay team and finished second in the 400m... Won the 400m at the Big Sky Tuner with a time of 50.12...Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 400 and 4x400. Set a new personal best in the 400m with a time of 48.28 seconds to finish fourth. Earned all-conference honors in the 4x400 finishing second with a combined time of 3:18.12.
