Idaho State (2020-21)
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Bengals…Opened the season placing first in both the 100m (10.90) and 200m (22.17) at the Westmont Collegiate Classic…Earned a new personal best in the 100m at the 2021 Aggie Invitational finishing second with a time 10.68… Represented Idaho State at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 100m and was a member of the 4x100 relay team who finished fourth overall with a time of 41.34.
Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Bengals including one heptathlon…Finished second in the 60m at the Bobcat Special with a time of 7.06 and third in the 200m with a time of 23.50.

Idaho State (2019-20)
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19
Indoor: Opened the season recording a personal best score of 4573 points in the heptathlon at the Snake River Open... At the Stacy Dragila Open, set a new personal best in the 60mH with a time of 8.38m... At the MSU Dual Invitational, set a new personal best in the pole vault with a mark of 4.00m (13' 1.5")... At the Big Sky Tuner, finsihed third in the 60m with a time of 7.05 seconds...Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60m dash. 

Idaho State (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season at the Jim Klein Combined Events finishing eleventh in the men's decathlon. Recorded new personal bests in eight of the 10 events... At the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, was part of the winning 4x100 team with a mark of 40.88 seconds. Set a new personal best in the discus throw with a mark of 23.78m (78' 0")... At the Aggie Invitational set a new personal best in the 110H with a time of 15.34 (1.2) seconds. finished fourth in the 100m with a time of 10.79 (1.1) seconds... Won the 100m at the Montana State Open with a personal best time of 10.58W (5.1). Finshed second in the 200m with a personal best time of 21.58W (4.7)... At the BYU Robison Invitational was part of the winning 4x100 team with a time of 40.58 seconds. The mark broke the all-time ISU record. Set a personal best in the 110H with a time of 15.33 (0.1)... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Finished 7th in the 100m with a time of 10.80 seconds. As part of the 4x100 relay team, finished 3rd with a time of 40.89 seconds.

Idaho State (2017-18)
Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets for ISU... at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic placed 3rd in the 4X400 running a 3:25.43 ... At the Mark Faldmo Invitational placed 3rd in the 4X100 with a time of 42.22 and placed 4th in the 4X400 with a time of 3:19.71 ... During the BYU Robison placed 3rd in the 4X400 with a time of 3:22.99 ... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships running a personal best time of 10.74 (1.3) in the 100m

Idaho State (2016-17)
Outdoor: Competed on six occasions for ISU...began the outdoor season with a career best 200m time (21.74) to finish fifth and claimed seventh in the 100m (10.90)...won the 200m dash (21.34 *wind) at the 2017 UVU Collegiate Invitational...helped the 400m relay team to a third-place finish (41.82) and placed fourth in the 100m (10.57 *wind) at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic...ran the Mt. SAC Relays and finished the 200m dash in 53rd (22.11)...represented ISU in four events at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping the 400m and 1,600m relay teams to top-10 finishes and setting a personal best in the 100m (10.87).
Indoor: Ran five meets for ISU...opened the season at the Weber State Indoor Open with a pair of second-place finishes in the 200m (22.58) and 1,600m relay (3:38.38)...ran in the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet and finished third in the 60m dash (6.96), fourth in the 200m (22.57) and fourth in the long jump (6.65m | 21-10)...set multiple personal records at the Snake River Open including the 60m dash (6.94), 200m (22.40) and long jump (6.73m | 22-1), finishing second, second, and fifth respectively...won the 60m dash at the MSU, ISU, WSU Dual Meet...represented ISU in the 2017 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championship, finishing seventh in the 60m and setting a personal record in the preliminary round (6.89). 

Centennial High School:  Was a three time State Champion in track and field.

Personal:  Born on December 19, 1997...has spent time volunteering at the food bank...majoring in nursing.
