Idaho State (2020-21)
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Bengals…Opened the season at the Westmont Collegiate Classic in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:05.78 for a first-place finish...Won the 3000m steeplechase at the UVU Collegiate Invitational with a time of 11:05.78… Represented Idaho State at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000m steeplechase finishing ninth with a time of 11:16.20.
Indoor: Competed at the Bobcat Special in the mile finishing fifth with a time of 5:08.

Idaho State (2019-20)
Outdoor: Cancelled due to COVID-19
Indoor: Opened the season winning the 800m at the Snake River Open with a time of 2:20.01, also finished second in the 3,000m... Won the Mile at the Stacy Dragila Open with a time of 4:58.54... At the UW Invitational in Seattle, Wash., Set personal bests in the Mile and 3,000m with times of 4:52.65 and 9:34.02 respectively. Both of those times are the second-fastest in ISU history in the events... Won the 800m at the Mountain State Games with a personal best run of 2:15.12... Won the Mile at the Big Sky Tuner Meet with a time of 5:07.78 seconds... Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the mile, 3,000m and the DMR. Earned all-conference honors in the 3,000m finishing second with a time of 9:48.12. Finished fourth in the Mile and fifth overall  in the DMR. 

Idaho State (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic finsihing 35th in the 1,500 with a time of 4:39.38... At the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, ran a personal best time of 11:05.02 in the 3,000S... Won the 3,000S at the Aggie Invitational with a time of 11:40.69... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 3000S
Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Bengals...At the 2019 Stacy Dragila Open ran a personal best of 2:18.01 in the 800... at the MSU Dual Invite #1 finished second in the mile with a personal best time of 5:01.31... finished second at the Jackson's Invite in the mile with a personal best time of 4:56.63 ... set a personal best in the 3000 with a time of 10:02.41. The mark places her at No. 7 all-time... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships finishing fifth in the mile.

Idaho State (2017-18)
Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets for the Bengals... at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival ran a personal best of 4:33.31 in the 1500m and finished 17th out of 166 participants and landing a spot on the top 10 list for all time ISU athletes in the 1500... During the Weber State Twilight Meet podium finished 3rd with a time of 4:53.10 in the 1500... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1500.
Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets for the Bengals... Opening Indoor career ran a personal best time of 2:20.07 in the 800m and podium finishing 3rd...  At the Mountain State Games ran a personal best 10:16.68 in the 3000 and podium finished 3rd. Won the Womens DMR with combined time of 12:24.25 ... Represented Idaho State Universtiy at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships in the Mile and DMR.

Natrona County High: Ran distance for the cross country and track and field teams...earned All-Conference and All-State honors...helped her team with the 2016 Idaho State Outdoor Track and Field Championship...graduated in 2017.
