Western Wyoming CC: Played one year at Western Wyoming where he averaged three points and 1.5 rebounds a game as a freshman.

South Summit HS: Lettered in basketball all four years, golf for three years, and also track and field for two years ... senior year his team made their first state playoff appearance in 15 years and received fifth place in the state tournament.
